Job Description:
Conveyancing Clerk

Clerks with experience in handling general conveyancing matters including preparing statutory sale and purchase agreement, managing bank portals and preparation of loan documents from initial until completion of transaction for project and sub-sale transactions

Office Admin cum Receptionist

- Good command (written & spoken) Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible and with good attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel primarily)
- Have some experience is helping out with day to day conveyancing matters will be an added advantage


Qualifications and Requirements:
Meticulous, able to manage works/ task given and meet deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and someone with integrity
