Job Description:
SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER:
1. Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
2. Familiar with banking documentations.
3. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
5. At least 8 years’ experience and above in conveyancing line.
JUNIOR / FRESH CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1. To assist the Partners, able to work independently with minimum supervision
2. Willing to handle conveyancing files
3. To attend to clients and other legal works assigned by the Firm from time to time.
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
CHAMBERING STUDENT:
1. Assist Master and Lawyers on corporate and conveyancing matters.
2. To assist the partners and legal associates in various area of practice.
3. To conduct research on points of law and to draft legal documents.
