Job Description:
1. HR, ADMIN & FINANCE

1. Maintain HR records and databases relating to the staff and the Firm.
2. Manage the employment contract, claim, leave, and payroll processing.
3. Attend to contract/external employee's disciplinary issues and equipped with employment law knowledge
4. Manage panelship of the Firm with the Bank, Company, Real Estate Agencies and others.
5. Oversee daily administrative operations related to the Firm facilities.
6. Assist in maintain accurate financial records of the Firm.
7. Preparing report of the monthly income of the Firm.
8. Support in tracking and recoding expenses of the Firm.
9. Other scope of works to be instructed by the Partners.
10. Range of Salary: RM3k – RM3.5k

2. RECEPTIONIST cum LITIGATION CLERK

1. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
2. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
3. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
4. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
5. To manage Account & Admin of the Firm.
6. Primarily to assist Legal Associates in handling files relating to Civil Litigation.
7. Assisting in preparing various types of legal documentations including cause paper(s), agreement(s), correspondence(s), form(s) and any other relevant document(s) instructed by the attending Partners or Associates.
8. Maintaining proper administration of files and billing.
9. Able to monitor and follow up closely on all files, attending to and updating clients/ landlords and preparing status reports.
10. Other clerical scope to be instructed by the Partners.
11. Range of Salary: RM1.5k – RM2k

3. PERSONAL DRIVER FOR PARTNERS

1- To drive to any destination as requested by the Managing Partner and/or Partners;
2- To ensure a timely journey to/from destination;
3- To ensure the vehicle is maintained in a good condition;
4- To ensure the vehicle is clean at all times, by cleaning the interior and exterior parts;
5- Able to drive outstation when necessary;
6- To assist in any other task as deemed necessary.


Qualifications and Requirements:
1. HR, ADMIN & FINANCE

1. Minimum SPM Qualification or Higher education.
2. At least 1-2 years’ experience working.
3. Have good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Good communication skills.
6. Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Meticulous, proactive, efficient and diligent.
8. Able to create a strong and professional services culture characterizes by proactive attitude, teamwork and strong performance ethics.
9. Responsible and passionate about work.

2. RECEPTIONIST cum LITIGATION CLERK

3. PERSONAL DRIVER FOR PARTNERS

1- Possess a valid class D driving license and clean track record.
2- Physically fit and have good observation skills.
3- Familiar with the routes in Klang Valley & all States in Malaysia.
4- Must be able to work on extended hours or irregular hours, if required.
5- Possess good working attitude, punctual and in good health.
6- Range of Salary: RM1.5k – RM2.5k
