Job Description:
Legal Assistant
> To handle developer/project transactions and sub-sale conveyancing, property & commercial loans and other financing work.
> drafting correspondence letter.
> make phone calls to the relevant parties (eg. LHDN, Land Office/Land Officer & company secretaries).
> keep track and ensuring that follow up systems are in place.
> Liaising with the lawyers in managing conveyancing files.
Conveyancing Clerk
> To handle all related matters to conveyancing files.
> drafting correspondence letter.
> make phone calls to the relevant parties (eg. LHDN, Land Office/Land Officer & company secretaries).
> handles documents related to conveyancing.
> keep track and ensuring that follow up systems are in place.
> familiar with loan documentation.
> Liaising with the lawyers in managing conveyancing files.

> 0-3 years of experience
> Preferably have experience in conveyancing procedures (land office, majlis & LHDN)
> Able to multitask and work together as a team
> Able to work independently
> Good command in English and Malay
> Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
> Well organized, hardworking and responsible
> Good working attitude and discipline

> 1-3 years of experience
> Preferably have experience in conveyancing procedures (land office, majlis & LHDN)
> Able to multitask and work together as a team
> Able to work independently
