Job Description:
Conveyancing clerk:
To handle conveyancing matters including legal documentation involving sub-sale & financing documentation
To handle developer's projects, with or without title
Conveyancing Lawyer
Experience in handling Project & Sub sales documentation, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentations, Tenancy Agreements/ Leases, and other conveyancing files up until completion
Experience handling Projects, responsible for liaising with Developers, Clients, Bankers, and Lawyers
To handle conveyancing matters including legal documentation involving sub-sale & financing documentation

Conveyancing Lawyer

Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing clerk:-
.Minimum SPM and above;
. Proficient computer skills and a thorough understanding of the functions of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel will be added advantages;
.3-5 years of experience in conveyancing practise
Conveyancing Lawyer
At least 2 (Two) years & above in Conveyancing fields
Candidate must disclose your resume, including your legal Practicing Certificate and other academic certificates
.Minimum SPM and above;
