Job Description:
[Conveyancing Lawyer]
- To draft SPA/ Loan Agreements and other documents relating to conveyancing matters for Project.
- Corresponding, attending and communicating with developers, clients, bankers, and various government agencies.
- Able to work independently.

[Chambering Student]
- To prepare documents relating to conveyancing matters for Projects and Subsale.
- Corresponding, attending and communicating with developers, clients, bankers, and various government agencies.


Qualifications and Requirements:
[Conveyancing Lawyer]
- Degree in law (LLB) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
- 1-5 years or above 5 years experience in conveyancing are welcome.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Must be well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Others Language speaking will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks within stipulated timeframe.
- Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible and commitment to job responsibilities.
- Must have own transport.
- A good team player and interpersonal skill, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Working knowledge and experience in commercial loan matters would be an advantage.
