Job Description:
LEGAL ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE
•To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
•To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate banking related works, including construction financing, project financing and financing of real property acquisition.
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
•To handle banking loan documentation, sub-sale, SPA and other conveyancing matters.
•Handling retail loan documentation, project SPA, sub-sale and other conveyancing matters.
•Possess valid practicing certificate for the current year.
•Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialect.
•Responsible, punctual, good attitude, pleasant personality and good inter-personal skills.
•Able to start work immediately or on a short notice.
•Possess own transport and willing to travel.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
•Handling various conveyancing matters including project SPA, sub-sale, commercial banking loan documentation for retail, commercial and corporate loan.
•Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language proficiency in Mandarin and other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.

b) Experience in relevant field preferred but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided by the firm.
