Job Description:
Salary: RM2,500
Duties:
1. Guest or client greeting, appointment taking, and amenities.
2. Call reception and message taking.
3. Carrying out instructions of the partners.
4. Assisting management team in carrying out, amongst others:
• set-up of marketing initiatives / events;
• internship management;
• internal training setup;
• administrative work, data entry, and library management;
• liaising with bar council and state bar for administrative matters;
• pantry and internal amenities;
• liaising with building management on maintenance matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Soft skills:
• Good command of English and Malay.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Able to work well in a team.
Work skills:
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams. In particular, can use advance formatting, carry out mail merge, and use Microsoft Teams for communication.
• Able to use Zoom and Canva.
• Relatively competent in the use of computers.
• Good command of English and Malay.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Able to work well in a team.
