Job Description:
SENIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1) Experiences in handling documents for sub-sales property, loan documentations and auction file
2) At least 3 years of experience in handling documents for sub-sale, loan documentations and auction property
3) Good personality & working attitude
4) Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & speaking)
5) Attend signing sessions with clients, particularly for sale & purchase agreements, loan documents, and other legal documents.
6) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT System
CONVEYANCING CLERK / ADMIN CLERK
1) At least 2 years of experience in conveyancing.
2) To draft SPA, open file & call client (admin)
3) To handle legal documents in matters of sub-sales, loan (consumer and company loan), auctions, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters from the initial stage until completion stage independently
4) To update file status at banks online portals
5) Attend to Clients, Government Authorities, Bankers, Agents or any relevant authorities
6) To prepare status report, quotation and drafting correspondence
7) To assist in any other duties assigned as and when required to do.
8) To complete assigned work in strict deadline.
RECEPTIONIST
1) Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors & clients at the front desk.
2) ) Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
3) Receiving and sorting daily mail
4) Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
5) Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
6) Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and runners' claim.

1) At least two (2) years’ experience in handling all conveyancing matters (sub-sale, loan, auctions, perfections, etc)
2) Must possess at least Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM.
3) Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking.
4) Able to work independently and within deadlines with minimum supervision
5) Able to attend to status reports and updating file status.
6) Computer literate.
