Job Description:
- Preferably with experience in banking litigation; however, candidates with civil litigation background are also encouraged to apply.
- Assist in litigation matters including preparation of cause papers, pleadings, and basic court documents.
- Assist in e-filing matters, including monitoring, follow-up on filing status, and maintaining a proper filing system.
- Familiar with court e-filing system and banking litigation procedures will be an added advantage.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
- Able to manage time well and work efficiently on multiple tasks.
